About Me
I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. When I finished my four year contract I decided to go back to school to create a new future. Photography called out my name in all caps.
Kilo Lima is the name I chose to represent myself. It is a small ode to my time in the military. By using the phonetic alphabet to represent my initials makes me feel like I will always be a part of the military.
I started studying photography in 2016. I realized that photography was my new calling. I first studied black and white 35mm film and it blew my mind. The magic of film is something i will always be in love with. Of course digital photography is what I practice everyday but film can be a treat sometimes.
